By submitting this OLIE and/or EMUE Script and related materials (collectively referred to hereafter as “Submission”), you represent that the Submission is your own material (subject to rights Siemens has in the scripts as “derivative” (within the meaning of the United States Copyright Code (Title 17, United States Code §§101 et seq.), is otherwise free of copyright or other restrictions by yourself or any third party, and do not contain instructions written with malicious intent. Furthermore, you agree that the Submission and all of its contents are being submitted for the purposes of being shared with the Siemens user community and are hereby being submitted to the Databound listserv for such use.. Neither Databound nor Siemens is responsible for monitoring or managing the content of your Submission or any Submission of other parties.
